Research Fields of Hachimura Lab

In the Image Systems Laboratory (aka Hachimura Laboratory), basing on the basic and general field of the computer graphics and image processing, we are conducting researches on processing of human body movements, content-based image retrieval, historical document image analysis, KANSEI information processing, and virtual reality. We have our own unique characteristics in that we are actively conducting applied researches on information processing, particularly image data processing, in the Humanities field such as arts, history, and cultures.
